With commissions, I aim at 100% happiness on the side of the customer and double checking before shipping my artwork, as in ‘no cure, no pay’. This has led to having had no case of return/refund (so far). But in case I need to accept a return and refund, I have the following proposals.
To be eligible for a returning artwork (not commissioned artwork), your item should be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. The artwork should be undamaged and packed the same way it has been received: inside its protective folio, wrapped inside out around an inner supportive role, and fastened with reusable tape.
The postage costs for returning artwork are to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded. Refunded will be the original price plus taxes paid by the customer.
